Kristen McCorkle-Smith received her Associate’s degree in General Studies from Ozarks Technical Community College in 2015, her state license for hearing instrument specialists in October 2016, and her Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a Psychology Minor from the University of Central Missouri in 2019.

She joined American Hearing and Audiology as a hearing specialist in Independence in August 2019. Prior to working at American Hearing + Audiology, Kristen worked as a hearing instrument specialist for the Cabela’s/Bass Pro Hearing Center for 3+ years. Her passion lies with technology and hearing aids, and she is excited about this new opportunity with American Hearing. She strives to treat every patient like family and to do whatever is necessary to help her patients hear better. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys watching the Kansas City sports teams with her husband and spoiling her dog.
