Madison Packer is a native of the Kansas City area. She received her clinical Doctorate of Audiology and her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Missouri State University. Licensed in both Missouri and Kansas, she holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) as a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and has experience working with patients in ENT, vestibular, and private practice settings.

As an audiologist in Gladstone, Maddie is passionate about patient care and is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships with each of her patients. In her spare time, Maddie enjoys reading, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Randy Youmans (BC-HIS) is the eldest of our providers, with over three decades of experience in hearing health care. He was around when the only thing offered to our patients were analog hearing aids and has seen firsthand all the improvements that digital technology offers (he believes the improvements are phenomenal). As a hearing instrument specialist in Gladstone, he believes that no matter how good the technology gets, there is still nothing better than kindness and caring when it comes to solving hearing problems. Randy has been here a long time, and “I’m not planning on going anywhere unless the Lord calls me somewhere else.”

Audra is a licensed hearing aid specialist in Gladstone. A graduate of the comprehensive Hearing Instrument Sciences program at Ozarks Technical Community College, she is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. Originally from California, after 14 cities and two continents, she joyfully made Kansas City her permanent home.

Audra brings a wealth of experience from a diverse background to the clinical setting, helping her relate to a diverse community. Her areas of special interest include tinnitus and dementia care, and she received her NCCDP Dementia Care Provider certificate in 2023.

Passionate about evidence-based practices and patient-first care, our hearing specialist in Gladstone strives to improve the quality of life for every person who walks through her door. When not helping people hear their best, Audra can be found behind a camera or in the garden.
