How Does Our Remote Hearing Care Process Work?
Once you’re an established patient at American Hearing + Audiology, you can call your local center or (816) 323-4449 to request an appointment with the remote care team. Typically, you can schedule remote hearing appointments sooner than an office visit. Telehearing appointments also tend to be shorter than regular office visits.
During your appointment, you’ll connect your devices to an app on your phone so our providers can adjust the programming if needed. If you need help setting up Bluetooth, our hearing specialists can help with that too. They can also perform diagnostic tune-ups for your hearing aids, teach you how to use any of the features, and walk you through any maintenance tasks. It’s as easy as jumping on a video call with a friend.
